Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, consultation booking system, and online English lessons offered by Lemon Learn English (the “Service”). The Service is operated by AIRLIVING LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID: 2023-001203168), located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 7851, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

By accessing the website, booking a consultation, or purchasing lessons, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted policies, form a binding agreement between you and AIRLIVING LLC. You accept these Terms each time you visit the site, submit a contact form, book a consultation, or pay for a lesson package.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service and to book lessons on your own behalf. Users under 16 may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf. If you are booking on behalf of a minor or a corporate group, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

Lemon Learn English provides live, 1-on-1 online English lessons and corporate group classes for second-language learners. Programs include English Language Skills, Exam Preparation, Academic Writing, Business English, and Public Speaking.

All lesson schedules, instructor assignments, and materials are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute instructors or adjust formats when necessary, provided the overall quality and objectives of the program are maintained.

Consultations are free, 45-minute sessions offered via phone or Zoom. You can book a consultation through our consultation calendar. You must provide accurate contact information so we can confirm the appointment and reach you at the scheduled time.

All displayed times are converted from Central European Time (CET) to the timezone you select. You are responsible for joining the call at the correct time in your local timezone.

Lesson packages are charged in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and SEPA transfers (EU). Corporate clients may request invoice payment on Net 30 terms.

Refund policy: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused lesson hours, package cancellations, or no-shows. In exceptional circumstances, unused hours may be transferred to another learner or held as account credit at our discretion. Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time may be charged in full, except in documented emergencies.

If your instructor cancels, we will offer you a replacement slot or a full make-up lesson. If we cannot accommodate you within two weeks, the lesson will be credited back to your package.

You agree to use the Service respectfully and lawfully. You may not:

• harass, abuse, or discriminate against instructors, staff, or other learners;
• share account access, recordings, or licensed materials with unauthorized third parties;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• attempt to disrupt the website, booking system, or lesson platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any user who violates these rules, without refund for any remaining unused sessions.

All curriculum content, worksheets, branding, logos, and materials provided through Lemon Learn English are owned by AIRLIVING LLC or licensed to us. You may use them for personal study only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

Recordings of lessons, when made, are provided for your personal review and remain subject to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRLIVING LLC and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or inability to attend lessons, including lost profits or exam outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIRLIVING LLC, its members, instructors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Before filing a formal claim, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
